FKA Twigs fashion analysis: The Crow (2024) and Eusexua era
I can't deny a serve when I see one.
Coming off of an incredible press tour for her role in this year’s reimagining of cult classic The Crow, FKA Twigs is back to deliver us a new single, teasing her new album ‘Eusexua’ coming in 2025. I couldn’t help but make a YouTube video chronicling her past year of utter serves, lore and fashion-wise.
As a fan of the original movie The Crow (1994), when I heard Twigs was cast along Bill Skarsgård as the opposite lead in the film I nearly collapsed. Since then, I’ve been keeping a close eye on Twigs - watching and admiring as she debuted a new hairstyle adorned with an incredible style of face artwork, completely enthralled by her new and ever-changing look. Her fashion through the promotion of The Crow this summer was gorgeous, giving us dystopian sci-fi chic. See some of her best looks from August’s press tour below, many styled by Georgia Pendlebury.
Check out the full YouTube video for details on the makeup artist responsible for Twigs’ enthralling patterned face makeup, the details of Twigs’ new half-shaved-dreads hairstyle by Louis Souvestre, followed by a breakdown of the Eusexua era through Twigs’ exclusive NYC listening event in a dark basement, Eusexua’s promotion and the new double music video.
